The classic platformer, in a browser project
PrinceJS recreates the 1989 Prince of Persia experience for a browser. Its dungeon rooms revolve around deliberate jumps, ledges, pressure plates and traps rather than free-form modern movement. This is a separate project from later Prince of Persia sequels. The embedded source is princejs.com; its own opening screen leads into the game.
Take a moment to read each room
Look at the next landing before committing to a jump. A low ceiling, a gap or a pressure plate can make an immediate run across a room the wrong choice. Watch the character’s position relative to an edge and learn the timing from a short, repeatable movement. The game’s animation and room layout provide more useful information than rapidly tapping several directions.
Focus the game before using its controls
Click inside the scene to direct the keyboard to PrinceJS. Follow the project’s current start and input prompts; the surrounding catalogue does not remap its controls. Fullscreen can make the room and its edges easier to see. It expands the same iframe, so switching the view is different from Restart, which creates a fresh game window.
Keep your place in the catalogue
The heart remembers the link to this browser version, not the position of the character or a saved level. Use any saving or continuation tools offered by the project itself. If an embedded context causes input or storage problems, the original-source link opens a separate tab while this catalogue stays available. Other games below offer a quick route to another platformer, puzzle or PC classic.
