The linked WASM Arcade page identifies this build as Grand Theft Auto III, powered by re3. It is the GTA III route, not Vice City or a modern GTA release. Read the current project screen before selecting Play GTA III, since the host controls its available build and assets.
Start with the project’s own menu
The page exposes initialization, a Play GTA III action, audio activation, Saves and Fullscreen. Let initialization finish, then use its play control. On a computer, click the scene before using the keyboard and mouse; change bindings in the game’s own settings rather than assuming a console layout.
Keep saves on the correct host
Use the project’s Saves menu when moving a save into or out of this version. A bookmark on RadiantGames does not transfer a save from another GTA website. For a different city, compare the hosted Vice City route and the separate own-archive Vice City port below.
